I was amazed at how smoothly it went

My husband had a heart attack while we were vacationing. At the hospital they told us he needed by-pass surgery. We wanted to have it done closer to home. Thankful that your Guardian Angels were there

I want to thank the team from Medway Air Ambulance who airlifted me from San Jose, Costa Rica to Yale New Haven Hospital last week. I had fractured my pelvis in an ATV accident. The medical team of Donna (paramedic) and Steve (RN) were wonderful. I was sorry I had to use the care but I am thankful that your Guardian Angels were there. No one should be without this vital assistance in a time of need. I plan to spread the word. I thank you again. Also, if possible, could you give Donna and Steve my thanks as well. I should make a full recovery and look forward to a good 2012; and I wish you a Happy New Year.
